Everything recorded in PMO says who did it and when, so anyone can check later. ## Three ways in - **The board**, in your browser. Activities, modules, milestones and people, with a client report for each engagement. - **The [PMO CLI](/pmo/cli)**, the `pmo` command line on your own computer. The same records, for people who live in a terminal and for AI sessions. - **The PMO agent**, which reads email, chat and meeting notes and keeps the records up to date. A person always reviews what it drafts for clients. ## How work is organised A **project** holds **modules**; a module holds **features**; a feature is finished by its **tasks**.
