PMO keeps track of the work Cross delivers: projects, the features inside them, and the tasks that finish each feature. Everything recorded in PMO says who did it and when, so anyone can check later.

Three ways in

  • The board, in your browser. Activities, modules, milestones and people, with a client report for each engagement.
  • The pmo command line, on your own computer. The same records, for people who live in a terminal and for AI sessions.
  • The PMO agent, which reads email, chat and meeting notes and keeps the records up to date. A person always reviews what it drafts for clients.

How work is organised

A project holds modules; a module holds features; a feature is finished by its tasks. Every feature says what "finished" means in plain words, and moves through stages from definition to release.
